Nicaragua Molino Norte Coffee — Single Origin
$19.99
Grown in Molino Norte, in the heart of Nicaragua's Matagalpa region, this single-origin coffee is cultivated by smallholder farmers whose generations of expertise shine through in every cup.
This medium roast delivers rich cocoa notes balanced by delicate floral aromatics and a bright citrus finish. Grown between 900–1,590 meters in clay-mineral-rich soil, the coffee is fully washed, fermented for 12–14 hours, and dried on patios and raised beds — a meticulous process that builds complexity and clarity into every bean.
Every bag is a small-batch tribute to the farmers of Molino Norte, where a blend of Yellow and Red Catuai, Catimor, and Parainema varietals come together to create a cup that's rich, aromatic, and beautifully balanced.
