Shipping Policy

Coffee

Our coffee is fresh roasted to order, so please allow 3 to 5 days from the time you place your order for it to ship. We'd rather send you coffee that's actually fresh than rush a bag out the door before it's ready.

Pet Supplies

Pet supplies ship directly from the manufacturer rather than from our own warehouse. Because of this, please allow up to 21 days from your order date to receive these items.

Pet Treats

Many of our pet treats are handmade and ship directly from the bakery. We do everything we can to keep shipping times low, but because these treats are handmade, they may need a little extra baking time before they ship.
