The Donut is LilyDrip's fastest-flowing style, with a large bottom opening and even flow through the sides. That speed makes it ideal for bright, acidic, and winey coffees, like many light-roast African beans. How to Use:

1. Pre-shape your paper filter with the included Compact Filter Shaper: hold the filter between the shaper and the Donut, then fold the rest of the filter back over.
2. Place the Donut inside your cone dripper.
3. Set the shaped filter over it.
4. Add your grounds and pour as usual.
5. When you're done, toss the grounds and rinse the Donut under hot water.
