Choose Your Size:

• Regular Mouth: fits regular-mouth Mason jars (2⅜ in / 60 mm opening)
• Wide Mouth: fits wide-mouth Mason jars (3 in / 76 mm opening)

How to Adjust the Grind:

1. Remove the top nut, the handle, and the bracket under the handle.
2. Turn the gear-shaped piece on the threaded rod. As you turn it, you'll see the two ceramic burrs move closer together or farther apart.
   • Clockwise for a finer grind
   • Counterclockwise for a coarser grind
3. Put the bracket, handle, and top nut back on.

Cleaning: Grind a small handful of uncooked white rice to clear out leftover grounds and oils and keep the burrs in top shape.
