Slow Drip Cold Brew Coffee Maker - Glass Ice Drip Tower, 20 oz (600 ml)
Good things come to those who wait. Slow drip cold brew (also called ice drip or Kyoto-style) lets ice water fall onto your grounds one drop at a time over several hours. The result is a smooth, naturally sweet, low-acid coffee concentrate that tastes completely different from hot brewed coffee, and it's mesmerizing to watch.
This drip tower is made of high borosilicate glass on a sturdy stainless steel stand. The glass handles temperatures from 5°F to 239°F (-15°C to 115°C), and the measurement markings make it easy to brew a consistent batch every time. Each batch makes about 20 fl oz (600 ml), enough for a few days of iced coffee, and it looks stunning on any coffee bar.
How to Brew:
- Add medium-coarse ground coffee to the middle chamber and wet the grounds with a little cold water.
- Fill the top chamber with ice and cold water.
- Adjust the valve so the water drips about once every 1 to 2 seconds.
- Let it drip into the carafe for 3 to 6 hours.
- Serve over ice, add water or milk to taste, and refrigerate the rest.
