Peru Piura Decaf Coffee — Amazonas Single Origin
All the flavor, none of the caffeine. Grown in the shadow of the Andes in Piura, Amazonas, Peru, this single-origin decaf is cultivated by farmers of the Cooperativa Agraria de Servicios Norandino, a cooperative dedicated to sustainable growing practices and supporting smallholder producers throughout the region.
This medium roast is smooth and inviting, with rich caramel sweetness balanced by a bright touch of citrus. Grown at 1,100–1,700 meters in clay-mineral-rich soil, the coffee is gully washed and sun-dried before being decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process — a chemical-free method that removes caffeine while preserving the bean's natural character and flavor.
Every cup is a small-batch tribute to the growers of Piura and the diverse microclimates of the Peruvian Amazonas, proving that decaf never has to mean giving up on flavor.
