Peru Piura Coffee — Amazonas Single Origin

Grown in the shadow of the Andes in Piura, Amazonas, Peru, this single-origin coffee is cultivated by farmers of the Cooperativa Agraria de Servicios Norandino, a cooperative dedicated to sustainable growing practices and supporting smallholder producers throughout the region.

This medium roast is bright and layered, opening with notes of salted caramel and citrus before settling into a silky, sweet finish. Grown at 1,100–1,700 meters in clay-mineral-rich soil, the coffee is gully washed and sun-dried, a traditional process that highlights the bean's natural sweetness and clarity — delivering a cup that's both comforting and complex from first sip to last.

Every bag is a small-batch tribute to the growers of Piura and the diverse microclimates of the Peruvian Amazonas, where five distinct varietals come together to create a truly one-of-a-kind cup.
