Papua New Guinea Chimbu Coffee — Single Origin
Grown in the rugged highlands of Chimbu Province, Papua New Guinea, this single-origin coffee is cultivated by small agricultural cooperatives whose careful, hands-on farming practices bring out the very best of this remote and storied growing region.
This medium roast is warm and inviting, with rich caramel and honey sweetness layered over bright, natural fruit notes. Grown at 1,350 meters in nutrient-rich volcanic loam, the coffee is fully washed and sun-dried, a process that produces a clean, well-balanced cup with real depth and character.
Every bag is a small-batch tribute to the growers of Chimbu Province, where volcanic soil and high-altitude terroir come together to create one of the Pacific's most distinctive and sought-after coffees.
