Mexico Chiapas & Oaxaca Coffee — Single Origin
Grown across the highlands of Chiapas and Oaxaca, Mexico, this single-origin coffee is cultivated by dedicated growers whose regional expertise shines through in a cup that's both comforting and distinctive.
This medium roast offers a warm, layered profile — rich chocolate and cozy cinnamon spice give way to a crisp, bright green apple finish. Grown between 900–1,000 meters in clay-mineral-rich soil, the coffee is fully washed and sun-dried, a process that produces a clean, well-defined cup with real character.
Every bag is a small-batch tribute to the coffee growers of Chiapas and Oaxaca, where a diverse mix of Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra varietals come together to create a cup that's rich, spiced, and refreshingly unique.
