LilyDrip Lotos-C Ceramic Basket Filter Holder for Chemex

Give your Chemex a new way to brew. The LilyDrip Lotos-C is a glazed ceramic insert that sits in the neck of your Chemex and holds a flat-bottom basket filter in place of the usual folded cone filter. The flat coffee bed lets water flow through the grounds evenly, for a balanced, flavorful cup with less risk of over-extraction.

Since it brews right into your Chemex, it's a great fit for brunches and coffee with friends. Make a full carafe and pour for everyone.

It's also a fun way to experiment. Adjust your grind size and brew time, and you can pull a surprising range of flavors from the same bag of beans. Pro tip: the faster the flow, the lighter the body.

How to Use:

1. Set the Lotos-C in the top of your Chemex.
2. Place a flat-bottom basket filter on top and add your grounds.
3. Pour hot water slowly and evenly to saturate all the grounds.
4. When you're done, toss the grounds and rinse the Lotos-C under hot water.
