Honduras Marcala Coffee — Single Origin
$19.99
Grown in Marcala, La Paz, Honduras, this single-origin coffee is cultivated by the 1,500 grower-members of Café Orgánico Marcala, a cooperative dedicated to organic, sustainable farming practices throughout the region.
This medium-dark roast delivers a rich, comforting profile — smooth caramel and brown sugar sweetness rounded out by warm baking spice. Grown between 1,300–1,700 meters in clay-mineral-rich soil, the coffee is fully washed and sun-dried, a process that produces a clean, full-bodied cup with real depth.
Every bag is a small-batch tribute to the growers of Marcala, where a blend of Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varietals come together to create a cup that's warm, sweet, and deeply satisfying.
