The LilyDrip Lotos-C is a glazed ceramic insert that sits in the neck of your Chemex and holds a flat-bottom basket filter in place of the usual folded cone filter. The flat coffee bed lets water flow through the grounds evenly, for a balanced, flavorful cup with less risk of over-extraction.

Since it brews right into your Chemex, it's a great fit for brunches and coffee with friends. Make a full carafe and pour for everyone.

It's also a fun way to experiment. Adjust your grind size and brew time, and you can pull a surprising range of flavors from the same bag of beans.
